She is a highly sought after pedal harpist, clàrsach player, educator and Gàidhlig speaker based in Glasgow. Since graduating ten years ago from the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, she has built a multi-genre freelance portfolio that uniquely shapes her as one of Scotland’s leading in-demand artists.”

Ciorstaidh is a “New Voices” commission recipient at Celtic Connections 2025. An hour-long concert of new music written by Ciorstaidh, she performs alongside her stellar line-up which includes; Patsy Reid, Alice Allen, Charlie Stewart, Pàdruig Morrison, Seonaidh MacIntyre and Phil Hague.
